TARRANT COUNTY

Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC) and nonprofits throughout Tarrant County will establish a community solar program to help provide participants with program savings, like credits to their childcare costs rather than their energy bills. HARC will be engaging members from targeted communities throughout the program design and implementation. HARC will also collaborate with local partners to provide workforce development training and job opportunities, encouraging more diverse participants to have an interest in clean energy careers via the solar program.
