PORT ARTHUR
HARC (the Houston Advanced Research Center) will administer a community solar program in Port Arthur in partnership with local community organizations. Qualified residents who choose to opt into this community solar program are expected to receive the equivalent of a 20% savings on their electricity bill. Once ready, enrollment details will be made available on this website, HARC’s website, and promoted throughout the community across various communications channels.
